01 — Scope

Webloom provides digital design and development services, including websites, e-commerce platforms, business systems, and mobile applications. Projects are customized to each client’s needs. Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope may require extra time and cost. Clients must provide required materials and feedback promptly to avoid delays. Delivery will follow agreed timelines, and all deliverables will undergo testing and approval before final handover. Post-launch maintenance, updates, and support are offered under separate service plans. Changes to the project scope or specifications must be mutually approved in writing.

02 — Access

To use Swiss Pro, you may need to register, create an account, or activate a license depending on the product or service. Access is limited, non-exclusive, and meant for your own use or your team’s. Please don’t copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse any part of the system. We offer flexible tools, but they come with responsibility. If you break the rules, we may limit or end your access, temporarily or permanently. We also reserve the right to deny access to users who compromise the experience or security of others. Most features are self-service, but some may require support from our team. In any case, we aim to keep things smooth, fair, and efficient for everyone using the platform.

03 — Ownership

All intellectual property, designs, and code developed by Webloom remain the property of Webloom until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client, excluding any third-party materials, libraries, or proprietary tools used in development. Webloom reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

04 — Payment

The cost of each project is agreed upon between the client and Webloom according to the defined scope of work and approved specifications. The client is required to pay 50% of the total project cost upfront before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery and final approval of the project.
The advance payment is non-refundable once execution has started, as it covers planning, design, and initial development costs.
Any additional services or changes beyond the original agreement may incur extra charges, which will be confirmed in writing before implementation.
All payments must be made through the official channels specified by the company.

05 — Privacy

Webloom is committed to protecting the confidentiality and privacy of all client information. Any data, materials, or credentials shared with Webloom during a project will be used solely for the purpose of executing and delivering the agreed services. The company will not disclose, share, or sell any client information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. Webloom implements appropriate security measures to safeguard all client data. Clients are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials provided to them.

06 — Liability

Webloom will perform all services with due care, professionalism, and in accordance with industry standards. However, the company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered products or services. Webloom’s total liability, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. The company is not responsible for losses or issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, payment gateways, or external integrations beyond its control.

07 — Changes

Any changes or modifications to the agreed project scope, specifications, or deliverables must be requested in writing by the client and approved by Webloom.
Changes may impact the project timeline, costs, or resources, and any adjustments will be communicated and confirmed in writing before implementation.
Work outside the original agreement may incur additional fees, which will be agreed upon prior to execution.
